The dawn of a new era of democratic freedom in South Africa in 1994, paved the way for Romachem Supplies CC to embrace a future of hope that would contribute significantly to the landscape of a new South Africa. Romachem is a South African based company founded in 1999. The Company has ensured that its business model closely alignes with B-BBEE (Broad-based Black Economic Empowerment) principles. Romachem’s alignment to the new politic regime of freedom and equality has allowed the business to be a major vehicle of economic transformation within South Africa and its neighbours, playing its part in a post-Apartheid world by creating greater workplace participation for previously disadvantaged people as well as supporting the growth of new B-BBEE businesses. It boasts a high-ranking level 1 B-BBEE status. It complies with the regulations of the South African Standards for production.
Since 1999, the company has transformed and grown extensively from a small to medium enterprise to a formidable force in the Industry of Chemicals, solvents, paints and detergents. Growth is ongoing with the introduction of new markets and a developing economic climate in Africa.
Initially specialising in chemicals, solvents, detergents and paints; the company has expanded its markets significantly to food, textiles, electrical, automotive and mining industry. Romachem Supplies has established a reputable name for integrity, trustworthiness, excellence in service delivery, efficiency and high-quality products.
